Appalling and Distroying behavior

I saw this discovery advert on facebook and about how one can save on Car insurance! The guy explained about how it works and I was very impressed, their tracker and I get rewarded for being a good driver, all sounded amazing! Gave him most of my details but because I was in bed I did not have my bank account number!<br> I asked him to call me back in 10 minutes but he never did! I filled in my details on the website again to be contacted! But the man that answered said that the guy that I was initially speaking to went for a smoke, I left a message for him to call me back as I wanted to have him continue with completing the process of the policy! But it gets better, the same first guy that I spoke to convinced me to cancel my policy with first for women and I did and wanted to reply him with prove of cancellation but noooo, he has not yet emailed me the offer for me to have a read! Now I am stuck because first for women will only cover me until month end August, after I filled in my details on the website to be contacted for the 3rd time, no one has until now! Now I have to sniff around for an insurance company just because I trusted discovery insure! I am very angry and disappointed!
