Appaling service

Easily the most pathetic customer service in my years of working with an insurance company. I did not believe people when they warned me but now I can attest to the poor customer service. I claimed for a phone and no one bothers to update me on how long I’m expected to wait and/or ho far the process is, I must be the one calling as if I’m being done a favor. Appaling
