App that’s not working
Since July I have been complaining that my app does not work. My driving point can be 700 but I stay on blue. I am really fed up of complaining because no one wants to fix the problem. I don’t receive and rewards or cash back because the app does not work.
I need this sorted of urgently as I’m really disappointed in how you treat your customers.

I see the app is working now, so all the months where I drive well and put petrol and never received my cash back will I receive a back pay
