App problems

Discovery insure very bad service from them.Ive been phoning them for longer than a month to fix my app cant use my discovery miles all what they say they will.fix it and nobody does anything.Now i have an problem with my app i cant go into drive on the app nobody can help me.Spended more than an hour on the phone with them phone got cut off but nobody will phone you back.I am very disappointed with discovery and im thinking to leave them for another insurance company.I also.asked to speak to a manager till.this day no manager phoned me back aswell very bad service.
