App has never worked and no communication

I started with Discovery Insure in May and my app has not been working since I installed it and the only communication I receive from Discovery is if I call them. I have made numerous calls and have had numerous consultants promise to call me with feedback and not one has ever called me back. I totally understand if there is a technical error which they are having trouble with, but the least they can do is keep me informed. The last call I made was on 01/06/2021, its been over a week and still no update on my app or what is going to be done with all my points lost for May. Seems more money is spent on advertising then on customer service
