Apalling service from Discovery Insure incompenent staff

Shocking service from Discovery Insure!!! Registered claim on Thursday 22 November, 2018. Claim approved during the same telephone call. Was promised funds would reflect in my bank account within 72 hours.

Tuesday, 27 November, 2018 120 Hours (5 DAYS) later still no funds in my bank account. Telephone call to Keneiloe Makgalemele reveals the claim has still not been loaded for payment. Claim was loaded for payment at 14h00 today.I now need to wait another 72 hours for funds to reflect in my bank account. I am told funds cannot be cleared immediately.

Salvage company has been instructed to collect the damaged items and I have not yet been paid out!!

In the meantime, I have lost money on replacement items because the price has increased. This is my second bad experience with Discovery Insure with exactly the same result.

I will be looking for another insurance company. Discovery staff are ***********, promise you the earth but don't deliver.
