Another great Discovery

I had an unfortunate situation last week on 04 July 2019 where some of my belongings were snatched from me, which resuted in me having to make my first claim. After going to th3 Police Station to report the incident, I logged a claim using the Discovery App on my mobile phone. not long thereafter, the same day, I get a call from Thandeka Mncube who assisted me with claim and apart from her making it super easy, she was very kind and compassionate making me feel at ease, keeping me updated throughout the entire process, explaining what's being done and what's needed from me to make it even easier for me and arranging a Trauma Counselor to see me, which even put me more at ease. My interaction with her just reaffirmed why I have and trust Discovery to be my Medical Aid, my Credit Card, Life Insurance and Retirement Annuity with you.
