Another 3rd party claim nightmare...

Is it a coincidence that Nonhlanhla's name is mentioned on the first review page I open for Discovery insure... I think not. She is suppose to deal with my claim, but have not heard a single word from her, or from anybody from Discovery Insure. My car has been in for assessment on the 5th of November already, and I have been sending emails, making phone calls, but have heard absolutely nothing whatsoever. All I get is an automated response. This has been by far THE WORST SERVICE ever. If I ever have to consider Discovery Insure one day, you would be at the very bottom of my list! So here I go again, can some one please get in contact with me, and give me the status of the claim
