Annelize Meyer stopped me from leaving Discovery Insure

After numerous frustrating encounters with various Discovery Insure Claim Consultants, Annelize Meyer managed the situation with absolute professionalism. She was the first consultant able to explain the difference between genuine parts, local parts and pirate parts. She was by far the most knowledgeable, competent and professional consultant I had dealt with over the span of a week. To be honest, the previous consultants had me weighing up my options to change my car insurance to another provider. However, after engaging with Annelize, I am happy to stay on as a Discovery Insure client. My only regret is that I hadn’t spoken to her earlier, it honestly would have saved me a week of frustration and my car would probably have been fixed by now already.
