Annelize Anthony - AMAZING Service
Annelize Anthony Excellent proficient service from this Lady !!! I was rather unhappy when I called on Saturday as another advisor answered the first call but did not speak to me bear in mind I could hear her chatting and laughing with her ****orkers in the back ground - almost like she took the call and put her headset on the table - terrible service - all calls are recorded , Discovery please check who received my call and address!!
now on a positive......
What a GEM Annelize Anthony was from the start of the call to the end WOW!!!! Logging the claim was quick efficient and this Claims Consultant ultimately saved me as I was going to look for another Insurer due to the first call .

I thought I was only dealing with you … Annelize Anthony A courtesy car is part of my package no where does it state I need to pay for anything – they want a holding deposit where must I get that now ????? I don’t have a credit card – that is why I chose not to have an excess ……..
Previously I did not have to pay anything to get the courtesy car - my policy documents don't say anything about this.
I have been trying to reach to you but no luck !!!!
