Angry for debiting for a vehicle that is sold

My vehicle was sold in March and my account has been debited every month since then. I am still waiting for my money to be paid back and this vehicle removed. I have logged a number of requests and empty promises of it being resolved and being reimbursed has not taken place. How long should I beg and wait for my own money. They were quick to take it in error but take forever to give me back what's rightfully mine.
