*********** and Zero Resolution
So again I have to write my 4th review of this pathetic Insurance that has absolutely zero customer service which is just filled with all talk but no actions, I can't believe it's coming on for more than 4 months now and still zero resolution. They reply in your posts here than after a while just go quiet. Guys just stay away from this insurance, the good remarks here is them asking customers to post it when they helped them and resolved their query instead if customers doing it themselves. A lady called me and I explained to her my issue I have with the vehicle warranty and the questions I want answered, she promised to get the information after a long 30min call and get back to me, instead they reply "privately" on my post a few days later with terms and conditions of the warranty policy which I already have but yet my questions still went unanswered. They asked me about my buildings claim that has been approved in November but their supplier is yet to still contact me, I enquired here and said I want a different supplier because clearly it's been months without being contacted, Discovery asked me here how do I want to proceed regarding my claim and I told them here, guess what? They went quiet AGAIN. JUST A DAMN WASTE OF MY FLIPPING TIME!!!

We are busy with the building claim as we are allocating another SP to assist with the claim as its long overdue. We are sorry to on the negative experience with Discovery Insure. We strive to provide excellent customer service and it is disappointing to hear that you did not receive the level of service that we aim to deliver.
Pertaining to the warranty claims on cover, they do count as valid claims as they are being entertained due to you paying premiums for them.
We will revert back with more feedback the moment it becomes available.
