And then there was Busi Taliwe...

As fate would have it, my phone decided to conk out a few days before Christmas (so you can imagine the frustration and anxiety). After establishing that it could not be economically repaired, I put in a claim. Busi Taliwe assisted me. She was calm, reassuring, and frightfully efficient. I am expecting delivery of my replacement device today. I put in my claim YESTERDAY! People like Busi are why I have been with Discovery for as long as I have. Discovery Insure does not always get it right (I have had my share of less than satisfactory experiences with them), but people like Busi understand one important thing: The most important part about customer experience in insurance is the claim process. I will always be willing to pay a premium for service like that which I received from Busi. Please keep it up. (Busi, if ever you leave Discovery Insure for another insurer, please let me know...I would seriously consider moving to that insurer too :-)).
