An outstanding service received from Neo Mathafeng

I was involved in a car accident in the early morning of 06.07.2015 and I was agitated and frustrated and I took all of my frustrations out on Neo Mathafeng , and being the professional that he is he just stayed calm all the time of my swearing etc. and still handled my claim with such professional manner.<br> <br> After lodging the claim to avoid delays and to speed up things, he booked my car in for assessment the following day at a panel beater next to my home. I had a bad experience with the Assessors as my report was somehow left in a tray in their office for a week and was treated as a walk in which caused a delay in everythin. <br> <br> Neo kindly followed up with the Assessor until the report was finally sent to him.
