AN EAR OF REASON

<p>This week I was absolutely blown away by dealing with T**** Mbatsane at Discovery Insure. He listened to a technical problem and to my absolute amazement he listened carefully, summarized the problem and took the query to the next level efficiently sorting a very technical case out quickly and friendly. I felt relieved as it is rare that the ethical right thing to do is even listened to by such a big company. It clearly shows that efficient well trained and educated people are in the correct positions in this company to make human ethical and CORRECT decisions based on circumstances and not only a computer generated answer bringing you to a wall of absolute no reason...</p>
