An absurd waiting time!

As a third party client claiming from discovery has been a nightmare! The accident happened 27 August 2023 when your client bumped me from behind speeding. Claims and forms where all filled out by the end of September an assesment was done by November and to this day we are waiting for a response of the claim from this single consultant Eli that has always been busy on a call in the 5 times I have tried to contact him trying to get feedback. Is this your usual turnaround time guys? A whole -+4 months??????
