AMINA TIMMS - Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist

On 29 May 2019 I got stuck in the ba*****t parking at work and did not know what to do or what the issue was . I assumed that it was battery related. I decided to call discovery to find out if they can in any way assist me. The friendly service consultant AMINA TIMMS assisted me in under 5 min. She sent out someone who arrived in under 30 min. While I waited, she kept checking up on me to make sure that I am okay. She even went out of her way to connect me telephonically to the person who came to assist me, so that I can direct him to where he needs to park. She kept the line open for us until I found the person and then called me afterwards again to make sure I have been properly assisted and am safe.
