I've never had such an incredible experience with an insurer where the agent, Amina Timms, was more concerned about getting my vehicle repaired than I was. She diligently followed up and got the problematic assessor company to do their job properly. At every stage of the journey she communicated extremely well and kept me informed of what was happening. She even offered trauma counselling for my family after hearing how the vehicle had been damaged. That means so much to us - thank you Amina.
