Amazing service from Zunaid Joseph at Discovery Insure

Unfortunately I was in a car accident on 09/01 whilst 9 months pregnant. It was a very scary experience as I was stopped at a robot where two other vehicles collided and one spun off into my car. I called the Discover insure 911 number and spoke to a guy buy the name of Zunaid Joseph. He was fantastic as he explained everything that I needed to do step by step. My husband arrived at the accident scene and chatted to Zunaid multiple times throughout the afternoon ensuring that everything was taken care of and that I was ok. I received a follow up call from him that evening to see how I was doing. I was very impressed with his service and he has made this terrible incident less overwhelming to deal with at this already hectic time. Thank you Zunaid Joseph!
