Amazing service from Thuto in the call centre
I am a Discovery binder broker and today found myself in a bit of a bind. My client advised that he couldn't get to Bellville as it was too far and we needed to fit the DQ tracking device. Thuto from the call centre assisted me and went above and beyond in making sure we get someone to go to the client to fit the device. this action alone has saved me a client as well as embarrassment. Thank you Thuto it is so appreciated. You rock!!
