Amazing service from Natasja - Discovery Insure

I had a claim in March'19, and it took me almost 2/3 weeks for my claim to be resolved so that the Panelbeaters can start working on my vehicle. They wanted to pay out "Pirate Parts" to put on my vehicle, while the Panelbeaters told them numerous time that it won't line up properly, and only OEM parts will. after all the drama, Natasja Badenhorst "Broker Generalist Claims", came across my claim and said that everything will be sorted. After a couple of hours she resolved my claim and payed it out for OEM. She truly is the best in the Business. This lady deserves a Bell's.
