Amazing service from Lucrecia
A huge thank you to Lucrecia from Discovery Insure, cancellation/retention department. I was on the verge of leaving Discovery due to a misunderstanding, but Lucrecia patiently explained everything and cleared up the confusion. The support, professionalism, and dedication shown made all the difference. Discovery is fortunate to have someone like Lucrecia on the team. Definitely an asset to the company!
