Amazing service from Discovery Insure in a time of need

Yesterday, on my way to Potchefstroom, I had a minor accident. It was a major impact but ultimately/luckily only my tyre and rim were badly damaged! I am Fine!

I called my mom and my friend and before I could call Discovery Insure to come and assist, THEY CALLED ME! My Vitality Drive device had sent them an Impact alert warning! I was assisted over the phone by a super kind gentleman named Thabo.

It took Help24 about 30mins to get to me. (Which is completely acceptable because I was in a remote location and it was 6 in the morning)

My tyre was changed, by William, I signed a paper and drove on further! No hassel, no cost, no need for my parents/friends to rush to the scene.

Later I was called to confirm that all was well and that I was fine!
