Amazing Service from Discovery Call Center Agent

I received our annual increase documents from Discovery and was not pleased by how much the premium was going to increase to. I managed to get a hold of a gentleman by the name of Gustav. I made him aware that Outsurance and other insurers were able to offer me a better rate. He then made a few adjustments to my policy and put in a query to lower the premium. Hopefully they will, but lets see.
