Amazing service from claims consultant following issues with Apple Watch

I had functional issues with my Apple Watch S7 GPS + Cellular, through her effective communication, client centric approach and patience, the Discovery claims consultant (Ms. Nonqoba Ndawonde) was able to get my watch assessed by the appropriate tech service provider. The claim process was really quick and professional, even with the process of providing proof of ownership, understanding the intricacies of my policy and clearly outlining what would and/or not be covered she was really patient, understanding and helpful. I further highlighted the app related issues I had when trying to upload supporting documents for my claim, she took the time to note the issue and escalated it to the necessary department. In closing, I'd really like to thank her again for helping me with my claim and ensuring that I get a new Apple Watch which I'll hopefully have a better experience with.
