Amazing Service for a clients claim

16 July 2015 I submitted a claim for a client of mine for his Macbook. Porch kept myself (the Advisor) and my client in the loop at all times. <br> He phoned my client the same day and stepped him through the process.<br> Porch kept me updated with feedback as well as my client and went the extra mile on the various queries my client had.<br> My client had a specific request but he was told could not happen, however after various emails and Porch Sithole investing and trying for the client, he was able to help the client with his claim 100%.<br> <br> What I found was amazing was that he kept my client & I informed either telephonically or via email. He went the extra mile to accommodate my client who needed his Macbook for business. Claim was finalised and sorted out today 24 July 2015.<br> <br> Thank you Porch, this makes me happy as an Advisor that sells Discovery Insure to clients (and in fact a client of Insure as well) You are an asset to Discovery Insure.
