AMAZING SERVICE EVER
Good Day
I would like to send out appreciation and gratitude to the guys at Discovery Insure. Being a single mom with 2 kids I feel safe with having joined Discovery Insure. On 2 occasions I accidently drove in a pothole and immediately after few minutes I received a call from an agent to confirm if I am okay and if my vehicle is.
Another great example was yesterday I needed road side assistance because of a tyre burst. I called the call centre and spoke to a lady by the name of Tumi (Boitumelo Nape) and in my scared and anxious not sure what to do. She arranged a tow truck to get my car and get me home safely.
I am pleased to have joined Discovery Insure after have been with 2 other insuring companies. I feel i made the best choice ever.
