Amazing service and team work.

I recently had the misfortune of having an accident and not looking forward to the subsequent claim process. Normally a nightmare of red tape and delays. Instead I have received amazing service and team work from the Discovery Insure motor claims agents which is very rare to see these days. In two days I dealt with 4 people. All were able to address and resolve all questions and requirements I had. My vehicle was assessed, authorised and is booked in for repairs and car hire booked all in less then 48 hours. Big shout out to Irvin Johnson & Jose Nelson. Well done Discovery, excellent customer service.
