AMAZING Service!

I had a very traumatic experience with a car accident recently and I dont know that I would've managed without the assistance of all the amazing people at Discovery Insure. I received a call from the emergency department not even 2 minutes after the collision and the gentleman was kind, reassuring and made sure that I had all I needed.

My claim was allocated to Michelle DeVilliers who was efficient and took the time to explan all the processes to me as well as walk me through all items required from me. Michelle also arranged my car hire speedily and as such the inconvenience of being without transport was completely mitigated for. She also arranged for me to get trauma counselling which many insurance companies dont realise would be necessary.

My claim was assigned to claim specialist Karien Groenewald who could not have been more amazing. The kindness and sensitivity shown in talking me through the process required to get all the required information regarding my accident as well as her speaking to me regarding the parts I found traumatic was beyond phenomenal. Karien kept me informed of all aspects of the progress of the report and really went above and beyond with service given to me.

I truly would not have made it through the ordeal without Discovery Insure's phenomenal team and I am extremely grateful to them all.
