Amazing Service

We had a house breaking and I logged my claim online on Discovery World - I was allocated a claims handler, Donovan Chetty. There are no words to describe how wonderful he was - He talked me through the entire process, explained exactly what I needed to do on my side and kept me updated the entire time - I have received my payout from Discovery Insure and I am just awaiting a replacement engagement ring (mine was ****** in the burglary) which is being made up for me. Thank you Donovan for making a really horrid experience that much easier.
