Amazing retentions staff … pity about the high anniversary increases

Retentions always has the best staff, and Shamanie and Tasmina from the Retentions department at Discovery Insure are proof of that. In the end they couldn’t structure a deal to keep me with Discovery, but their professional and friendly behaviour is a real reason for me to contemplate coming back one day.
