Amazing retensions skills

Had an amazzzzing conversation with this gentleman Themba. In attempt to cancel the policy he convinced me otherwise, i was going to cancel the policy 2months ago. As one could imagine how exhausting it is to call a call centre. I must say it was a pleasant experience talking to someone who loved his job and gives good service.
