AMAZING IMPACT ALERT RESPONSE BY DISCOVERY INSURE

My husband used my vehicle on a trip last week. I received a call from Discovery Insure to enquire whether everything was fine as they received an impact alert notification from my vehicle. My husband didn't respond to their calls and I therefore started to phone his number as well. He returned my calls a few minutes later only, as he attended to a small antelope that jumped in front of the vehicle. Unfortunately he left his phone in the car whilst attending to the antelope and therefore missed Discovery and my calls. We were fortunate that this was not a major accident, however I was really impressed with the way Moloko Mathabathe from Discovery handled the call and kept me calm, whilst she assisted me with the emergency number as well as follow up calls to ensure that all was well! She even started to locate a farmer to assist, as the impact happened quite a distance from a town. Thank you very much for the way you handled the incident! You are tops!
