I am sooo impressed with the service I received from Discovery Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist.

Before I was even able to realize what had happened, I got a phone call for a very helpful woman named Moloko Mathabathe from Discovery, who arranged the tow truck driver, offered to send an ambulance & asked if I need trauma counseling. She helped me through the process of what I needed from the other party, and all the information I would need to help me insurance claim. She dealt with tow truck driver, it was fantastic.

This was my first accident, and I felt quite at ease through the amazing help form Moloko Mathabathe, she called me everytime she had an update form the tow truck company, spoke to the tow truck driver and sorted out all the finer details with him.
