I recently had a claim due to fire damage on the 22/08/18 . I reported my claim to Discovery and received immediate feedback from Michelle Van Zyl(Claims administrator). Michelle kept me abreast of the whole process until she handed me over to an Equally accomplished and competent Nhlanhla Msimango(Claims administrator). I must commend Michelle and Nhlanhla for their efficient customer service in an environment where finding empathetic and knowledgeable consultants is a rarity.

My claim was finalised before the smell of smoke left my house and for that professionalism i must say thank you to Michelle Van Zyl and Nhlanhla Msimango. I beleive these two members of Discovery of Gems which have been polished and should be honoured accordingly.
