Amazing claims experience

I had the pleasure to deal with Reabetswe Mabidikana from the Discovery Insure Claims Department. My broker logged my claim this morning for a missing pair of sunglasses. Reabetswe was allocated as the consultant on the claim, and she sent an email before lunch requesting the relevant documents. After receipt and review of the documents, she phoned me to confirm the claims details and do her validation checks. It is now 14:20 and my claim has been finalized.
