Amazing care from Discovery Insure

I was assisted by William and Lunga (Optimum Assist) after my accident. Such an amazing experience. The two gentlemen were 1st concerned about my wellbeing and that of my husband. They attended to us quite quickly and Lunga was on the scene to tow the car away quickly. He sent me a live location so I can follow where he is and seem quite worried about us. After he towed the car away he sent me the details of where he towed the car and the picture of the car. What was really great was before Lunga drove off he checked that we had transport to get us home. These two guys took a stressful situation and made it really stress free. Thank you for your care and concern. William made sure the hired car and kept on checking up on us through out the day. Really impressed.
