Received fantastic service from Amanda Ntlabathi in the Emergency Services department. I broke down on my way home from a trip up the West Coast, Amanda organized a towing service for me, however when I managed to get my car running again, she kept the towing service on standby and monitored my progress home via my tracker. She also called every few minutes to check in. This is precisely what you expect from a service agent in times of need and Amanda certainly went the extra mile. Thank you Amanda and Discovery.
