Almost dropped Discovery Insure but Shafick saved the day
Person Responsible: Shafick Allow Department: Retentions Initially was ready to send Discovery Insure packing after nearly 12 months of Discovery Insure inability of wanting to help. However after Shafick took over the call I decided to stay a bit longer as he gave solid advice and demonstrated how a FSP should deal with their clients.
