All stars to Kevin du Plessis

<p>To be honest I haven't been lucky with my claim as it was dealt with from one person to the next at discovery insure and something only progressed when I followed up. I finally spoke to Kevin on my last call and he solved the matter quickly, efficiently and very friendly. Kevin sure knows what it means to put the customer first, hope there are more like him in that decision. I'm certain my broker could have made the whole experience better and so would rather point a finger in his direction than the employees at discovery themselves. I will no doubt be looking for a new broker </p>
