All risk cover

I took out cover with Discovery Insure in March this year. I sent them my policy schedule and they agreed to cover me with the same cover as I had with Mutual Interest brokers. After receiving the policy I saw that they wanted to specify all my portable and movable items which pushed the installment up radically. I called them to ask if I upped the "all risk" cover whether I would be covered as I was with the previous Insurer. The consultant said that I would be covered. They have subsequently been told me that I am not covered under this cover. They are going back on their word! They have acknowledged that the consultant said that I was covered but they are refusing to hold up there end of the deal.
