I got a quotation for Discovery Insurance and when I didn’t receive the quotation I sent an email requesting documents and after I didn’t get anything from them, the FSP providers was Fgro I sent multiple emails telling them I would be staying with my insurance and they didn’t respond but come month end the debited my account for an insurance policy I didn’t take and it’s not the first time they do this. They have done it before in February after I took out a quotation for my new car
