Agreements dishonored & complaints ignored

Long story short, I contacted Discovery insure on September 2014 for a quote &spoke to Trevashin Reddy, during the call, I specifically asked whether my recently completed Mercedes Benz advanced driving course would be recognised (as specific, significant rewards are given for such), and was assured that it would be.<br> I specifically asked twice if Im not mistaken. <br> After that I took out the policy, but was never creditted for the course. I emailed Trevashin again 30/09/2014, but received no reply. I then decided to wait, supposing that it might take time to be uploaded to the system.<br> It still wasnt done until January 2015, so I contacted the complaints centre on 05/01/2015 (ref no. ***) , I received a reply 3 days later stating that discovery would not recognise it as Discovery has specific partners, & Mercedes is not one of them.<br> I responded & asked why such assurances are made when selling cover, but not honored later, & I also requested a copy of the recording of the call to be released. I was provided with a reference no ( ***) and promised a response in 3-5working days, but its now 3 weeks, with no response.<br> Kindly respond, and rectify this.
