Agent handling affair with no logic

After a traumatic experience of being hijacked and kidnapped at gunpoint, we were told 3 weeks later by Discovery insure to please bring in our ****** Toyota Landcruiser to remove the tracking device or we will have to pay a penalty. We only received payment after 4 months after serious nagging and begging to sort out the claim. Pathetic service.
