Im unhappy on how my claim was handled. I put in a claim a month ago and when I check the system it indicates that its closed. Then when I called in Mpumi only infomed me that its rejected, and when I ask why has nobody told me then she says she will send the rejection letter. When I was asking about the amendment of my policy then she hanged up. That very rude and unproffessional.Im really not happy with the lack of competency.
