my son was recently ****** and his cell phone among-st other things were taken from him The cell was insured by Discovery insure, I blocked the cell with our service provider the evening of the incident and reported it to the police. The next day I contacted Discovery and within 30 minutes my incident had been noted and authorized for the new cell phone to be delivered to my home, Decious Banyini the consultant was polite efficient and very helpful I would like to thank him for the professional way he handled my claim.
