Adding vitality drive without my permission

My car is insured with Discovery and at contract renewal i received a price quote with 20% hike from previous year saying ZAR has depreciated against USD and you should also ask hike with your company.<br> <br> on investigation i found they added me to Vitality drive without my permission moreover every time the policy is send with incorrect details.<br> <br> i am on lookout for their CEO's email to forward their consultants service.I have written at least 8 emails with all wrong replies.<br> <br> Is there any consultants left in Discovery who is not just meeting his sales target and perform honest customer service.<br> I am tired!!<br> Worst is their pricing.After 1 year of use the insurance premium increases which has no relevance to any economics hypothesis i know so far..:(((<br>
