Adding someone else’s vehicle to my profile since 31 May and still not resolved (2)

I receive on a weekly basis that this will be escalated and it's a system wide issue. How is this possible?

Today marks 4 months of the same issue and you guys haven't fixed it or even attempted to adjust my profile so I would get my tiles and correct petrol rebates.

This is absolutely sickening. Somehow training can be fixed but this travel cant be manually fixed and then you have the audacity to send mails about the new and improved discovery. The only improvement is the fact that you're de*****ing your customers.

Below summary again of vehicle against my account that's not mine and yes you have previously admitted this is someone else's vehicle against my profile for the last 4 Months!!!

Saturday 22 September - Only my vehicle Sunday 24 September - Bo Oakdale to Boston/ Boston to Bo Oakdale - 2 Trips not mine and 8 points deducted Monday 25 September - In Bo Oakdale/ Bo Oakdale to Beroma / Beroma to Bo Oakdale - 3 Trips not mine and 8 points deducted Tuesday 26 September - Bo Oakdale to Stellenbosch/ Stellenbosch to Bo Oakdale/ Bo Oakdale to Bellville West/ Bellville West to Ravensmead/ Ravensmead to Bo Oakdale - 5 Trips not mine and 16 points deducted Wednesday 26 September -Bo Oakdale to Bellville West/ Bellville West to Glenwood/Glenwood to Yorkshire Estate/ Yorkshire Estate to N1 City/ N1 City to Bo Oakdale - 5 Trips not mine and 19 points deducted Thursday and friday is still locked - Can't imagine how many more trips you will log and deduct points thats not mine !!

Thus due to your error again I will not be able to make my weekly target with a total of 15 trips and 51 penalties against my account that is not my vehicle but a white Audi wrongfully linked to my account.

Can someone please contact me and A) confirm that this will be taken of my account and I will receive my weekly tile and B) When my account will be fixed backdated till the end of May when this started with all fuel rewards recalculated and the correct amounts be paid out to me that's been paid short for the last 4 months due to an error on your side that you have admitted to and are unwilling to fix!!
