Adding Salt to the wound
What the Discovery ADDs state is totally misleading and the hassels that we go through I have no words.
1. I have a missing transaction from 1st week of this month which was submitted and still today 3 weeks later its still awaiting approval
2. Home content cover, This claim left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Discovery if I could turn back the time I would ask God not to take my Grammy in order for me not to claim for the content that were accidentally damaged and yet Discovery stated that it was not.

On the 1st query I'm referring to my monthly qualifying spend as there has been a transaction that was not captured when i poured petrol and the invoice is still PENDING APPROVAL till today
On the 2nd issue your service provider stated that it was an accidental damaged upon assessing and you CHANGED IT TO WEAR AND TEAR!
