Adding products without my consent

The lady in call was polite and helpful. However she recommended a product and I let her know that I don’t need it at the moment. After she sent me my amended schedule I realized the added the product without me agreeing to it. I called the following day to have it removed and was assured that it has been removed. Surprise surprise!!!! I got debited that amount meaning they didn’t remove it!
